How do I choose between column-based and column-free formats?
Start with the separation method used by your reagent system. For a column-based workflow, share the column type and dimensions. For a column-free workflow, share the vessel, bead system, working volume and handling steps. We can then discuss a suitable rack or separator.
What information should I send for product selection?
Send your column or vessel specifications, working volume, magnetic bead or reagent information, processing steps and expected quantity. For an instrument integration, include the available space and mounting or handling interfaces.
Can you customize a magnetic rack for our brand?
We support small-batch OEM and ODM discussions, including structural modifications, colors, branding and packaging. Share your requirements so we can confirm the scope, quantity and project arrangements.
Will a rack work with every tube, column or reagent kit?
Compatibility is configuration-specific. Product formats provide a starting point, but the exact consumable geometry and process requirements need to be checked. Performance in your workflow should be evaluated with your own materials and procedure.
Can you provide certificates or technical documentation?
Please specify the documents and standards required by your project. Our team will confirm the available documentation and its scope for the selected product; availability should be established before ordering.
