A closer look at
the M20000.
The CarbonLinkAI M20000 20 L Large-Volume Magnetic Rack is designed for large-volume magnetic bead separation. It accommodates 20 L glass reagent bottles or wide-mouth plastic bottles. After the beads bind to the target material, place the vessel in the rack to collect the beads against the vessel wall, then remove the supernatant to separate the beads from the liquid. With appropriate magnetic beads and reagents, it can be used in sample separation, washing, and purification workflows.
Before selecting the rack, check the vessel outer diameter and shape to confirm compatibility. Actual separation time depends on magnetic bead properties, sample composition, and working volume.

Product overview
Carbonlinkai | 20L Large Volume Magnetic Bead Separator: The Efficient, Practical Choice for Large-Scale Magnetic Bead Separation
In applications such as life science research, NGS library preparation, and IVD raw material production, the stability and cost of large-volume magnetic bead separation often directly affect project timelines and overall budgets. As a brand deeply rooted in this field, Carbonlinkai now introduces its new 20L magnetic bead separation rack, leveraging solid engineering to offer the industry a new way to balance performance and cost.
Real Feedback: Voices from the Field
“Using Carbonlinkai magnetic bead separation racks as a global top tier brand alternative saves our production line over 3 million RMB annually.”
— Process Engineering Director, a leading NGS company in China
“After switching to Carbonlinkai automated magnetic bead separation racks, our core lab reduced annual costs by USD 380,000 while accelerating overall processing time by 15%.”
— QC Director, a top five European IVD company
These outcomes come from a fundamental engineering redesign from the ground up. As a provider of biomagnetic separation equipment directly serving end users and OEM partners, Carbonlinkai goes beyond simple imitation, building a complete in-house chain that spans magnetic circuit design, material sourcing, manufacturing, and delivery.
In-House Magnetic Circuit — No Licensing Fees
The magnetic circuit is the soul of a magnetic bead separation rack. Carbonlinkai insists on an in-house magnetic circuit system, free from reliance on third-party design licenses. This removes high licensing costs and enables flexible, autonomous design iterations. Whether you need special magnetic field uniformity or fine-tuned separation speed, we respond quickly—truly allowing the magnetic bead separation rack to adapt to your process, not the other way around.
Aerospace-Grade Magnetic Materials, Quality Controlled at the Source
We directly procure high-performance NdFeB magnets from mature domestic supply chains, with incoming inspection and aging processes aligned to aerospace-grade standards. The magnets deliver high remanence and high coercivity while maintaining extremely low magnetic field decay over the long term. Superior materials plus independent sourcing give you a double win in quality and cost right from the source.
Scaled Intelligent Manufacturing Makes Fixed Costs Thin
At our own production base, monthly capacity for the Carbonlinkai 20L Large Volume Magnetic Bead Separator has reached several thousand units. Economies of scale fully dilute fixed costs such as molds, fixtures, and testing, while standardized processes guarantee batch-to-batch consistency. Every magnetic bead separation rack that leaves the factory passes multi-dimensional magnetic field scanning and fluid testing, ensuring it is delivery-ready as soon as it exits the production line.
Eliminating Middlemen, Returning Value to the User
Carbonlinkai sells directly to end-user testing laboratories, bioprocess development teams, and OEM industrial customers, cutting out layers of distribution markups. What you receive is a source-factory solution with direct after-sales support. Whether you need a standard model or deep customization, the same R&D and manufacturing team handles your project—making communication more direct and feedback faster.
Customization and OEM Support
Backed by deep magnetic circuit R&D expertise and rapid-response manufacturing, Carbonlinkai provides tailored solutions for different throughputs, container adapters, and automation interfaces. From 20L to larger volumes, and from manual to automated inline systems, Carbonlinkai is ready to be the technical partner behind your workflow, helping you refine a magnetic bead separation rack that truly fits your process.
Continuous Operation, Tangible Cost Savings and Efficiency Gains
If you are looking for a robust, large-scale magnetic bead separation solution and wish to move away from dependence on expensive global top tier brand hardware, we invite you to talk with Carbonlinkai. Equal or even better separation performance, more controllable procurement costs, and shorter lead times could be the next worthwhile change for your lab or production line.
Carbonlinkai | Biomagnetic Separation Equipment
Specializing in magnetic bead separation rack customization and large-scale manufacturing, we make the high-performance 20L Large Volume Magnetic Bead Separator a solid, reliable link in your process chain.
Main Technical Parameters
Optimal working volume: 10 L – 20 L
Recommended containers: Suitable for Shuniu 20 L reagent glass bottles or 20 L plastic wide-mouth bottles
Operation of the 20L High-Force Magnetic Bead Separation Rack
Place the container holding the bound magnetic bead–target mixture onto the magnetic rack.
Let it stand for 1 minute until all magnetic beads are attracted to the container wall.
Carefully pour off the liquid, or remove it using a pipette.
Remove the container from the rack and place it back on the bench. The magnetic separation operation is now complete.
