Main technical parameters:
After the samples were mixed in a 1.2 mL or 2.0 mL 96-well plate, the bioactive magnetic beads bound the target nucleic acid molecule within a few minutes. The mixed magnetic beads were placed on a magnetic frame. The magnetic beads, carrying the biological molecules on the magnetic beads, were quickly attracted to the bottom sidewall of the 96-well plate to achieve rapid separation. The residual substances were washed with a cleaning solution, and finally the sample was re-dissolved to obtain a high-purity sample.
