Product details.

Vacuum centrifugal sample concentration

The CarbonLink CV100-TH vacuum centrifugal concentrator combines vacuum, centrifugation and temperature control for laboratory solvent removal and sample concentration. It is intended for workflows in which samples need to be concentrated before the next processing step.

Operating settings and rotor selection should be matched to the sample solvent, vessel format and required final volume. Confirm solvent compatibility before selecting a concentration program.

Programmable operation

A PLC control system and 7-inch touchscreen provide the operating interface. The listed speed range is 200–2000 rpm, the timer range is 0–10000 minutes, and the temperature control range is ambient temperature to 70 °C.

Choose settings for the sample system rather than assuming that one program applies to every solvent or sample type.

Configuration and OEM enquiries

The rotor accommodates 40 × 1.5 mL tubes and 8 × 0.2 mL tubes simultaneously.

The instrument is listed at 500 × 380 × 350 mm (L × W × H), 25 kg and 600 W. Share your sample tube format, batch size, solvent and concentration requirements when requesting a configuration.

For OEM projects, discuss branding, operating requirements and accessories with the CarbonLink team so the proposed equipment configuration can be reviewed against your workflow.

Carbonlinkai — Global Expert in Magnetic Rack Customization and OEM Manufacturing

Engineering & manufacturing

Carbonlinkai specializes in the development and manufacturing of magnetic racks, magnetic plate separators, and biomagnetic separation equipment for life science laboratories, reagent manufacturers, and instrument developers worldwide. Carbonlinkai combine application-focused engineering with the flexibility of working directly with our engineering and manufacturing team. Alongside an established range of cost-effective standard products, Carbonlinkai offer small-batch customization and OEM services. Our customers include major life science and pharmaceutical companies across 25 countries.

Magnetic field engineering

Reliable magnetic separation starts with the right magnetic field. Our engineering combines three-dimensional magnetic circuit simulation, magnet array design, and structural optimization to create uniform, powerful magnetic fields. By considering magnetic bead properties, sample viscosity, vessel geometry, and working volume, Carbonlinkai help customers select or develop magnetic separation products suited to their processes.

Built around your application

Custom development is our core business. Our products range from magnetic racks for individual sample tubes, microplates, and large-volume vessels to automated magnetic separation systems. Carbonlinkai can tailor magnet configurations, holder layouts, vessel spacing, materials, and mounting interfaces. Whether you need a standard product, modifications to reduce the cost of an existing design, or an instrument-specific module, our team works with you to define your requirements and develop a suitable solution.

Small-batch OEM / ODM

Carbonlinkai support small-batch OEM/ODM partnerships, with customization covering product design, structural modifications, custom colors, private-label branding, and packaging. Our extensive portfolio spans capacity formats from 0.2 mL to 200 L, serving a broad range of applications and industries.

Customer outcomes

Customer value includes both cost savings and business growth. A major gene sequencing company in China reported cumulative savings of over RMB 4 million after replacing magnetic racks previously imported into China with Carbonlinkai products. Separately, a cell separation reagent manufacturer reported a revenue increase of over RMB 6 million by combining reagents with matching magnetic racks to introduce complete kits and new product lines.

From discussion to manufacturing

Working directly with Carbonlinkai connects technical discussions, prototyping, testing, design refinement, and manufacturing. Share your magnetic bead type, vessel specifications, processing volume, and integration requirements with us to develop a magnetic separation solution for your laboratory workflow or product portfolio.
